I have used Freestone Travel to assist in the planning of two different trips to the UK this year. They offered very good recommendations for flights, hotels, airport transfers, and companies which specialize in self-guided hiking adventures which, after I made my informed choices, they booked for me. They had very good suggestions and prompt replies to all my questions and concerns. They provided a detailed itinerary with all my bookings and travel schedules. I was given all the appropriate vouchers for hotels, etc. They were always available on WhatsApp when anything came up during my travels. Their replies were always prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend Freestone Travel for their personalized, attentive, and professional approach.

My boyfriend and I used Freestone Travel to assist in the planning of a trip to London, Paris, and Avignon in September 2025. They made trip planning go very smoothly and offered great recommendations for us that were tailored for our interests. They were able to offer accommodation suggestions based on areas we wanted to stay and remain within our budget. Right before we left, we were provided with a detailed itinerary with all our bookings and travel schedules laid out so we had no issues when we were on our trip. We'd highly recommend using Freestone Travel!

They did a great job of organizing my trip. There were many moving parts involving car rentals, visiting different cites, hotels, and excursions and it was all flawlessly executed.

We used the services of Freestone Travel to help plan a trip to Rome, Italy in July 2024. Chris put together a comprehensive itinerary and arranged everything- tickets, transportation, tour guides, etc. We had an AMAZING time! We highly recommend Freestone Travel for all your travel needs.

Chris, at Freestone, was incredibly helpful in sorting out payments issues we had for our upcoming cruise. The cruise line's accounting systems were not properly reflecting payments made nor allocating these to the correct items. Also, various ship board and other credits had not been applied correctly. Chris worked with the cruise line on our behalf and used the contacts he cultivated there to escalate to senior levels of the organization when resolution was not promptly achieved. It was great to have someone advocating for us in this situation.
