My boyfriend and I used Freestone Travel to assist in the planning of a trip to London, Paris, and Avignon in September 2025. They made trip planning go very smoothly and offered great recommendations for us that were tailored for our interests. They were able to offer accommodation suggestions based on areas we wanted to stay and remain within our budget. Right before we left, we were provided with a detailed itinerary with all our bookings and travel schedules laid out so we had no issues when we were on our trip. Chris, at Freestone, was incredibly helpful in sorting out payments issues we had for our upcoming cruise. The cruise line's accounting systems were not properly reflecting payments made nor allocating these to the correct items. Also, various ship board and other credits had not been applied correctly. Chris worked with the cruise line on our behalf and used the contacts he cultivated there to escalate to senior levels of the organization when resolution was not promptly achieved.
