Chris, at Freestone, was incredibly helpful in sorting out payments issues we had for our upcoming cruise. The cruise line's accounting systems were not properly reflecting payments made nor allocating these to the correct items. Also, various ship board and other credits had not been applied correctly. Chris worked with the cruise line on our behalf and used the contacts he cultivated there to escalate to senior levels of the organization when resolution was not promptly achieved. It was great to have someone advocating for us in this situation.
